Before we get too caught up in the excitement of the 2008 elections, it is important that we take the time to celebrate our victories in 2007. At Twenty-First Century Democrats one of our accomplishments from last year was the election of
Tom Bullock in Lakewood, Ohio. On January 5th, Tom, new Lakewood Mayor Ed Fitzgerald, and the other members of the City Council were sworn in by U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown. Tom is an exceptional candidate who had to win not only the general election, but two primary elections to claim a seat on the City Council. Twenty-First Century Democrats is thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Tom and we look forward to great things from him in the future.
